Terms: USD $1,000 deposit required to reserve your unit. Buyer funds 30% of the purchase price upon signing the Purchase Agreement. 20% of the purchase price is due upon delivery. For Qualified Buyers, Developer will finance up to 50% of the purchase price secured by a lien on the property. There is a 3% Loan Origination Fee paid directly to the Developer. Buyer pays all closing costs for the transaction. Interest rates and terms available from the Listing Agent at the time of offer.

Cancellation: If Buyer cancels reservation contract prior to signing Purchase Agreement there is no cancellation penalty. Upon signing the Purchase Agreement, the reservation deposit is applied to the initial payment and becomes non-refundable.
